Simply amazing. Where do I start, we have been looking into a whole house water system for over a year and its benefits. We engaged with Richard and his team and wow the difference. Richard was informative walked us through what the system does, how it works and the benefits. Unlike all the other companies I didn’t need to book a time to speak to someone or have someone come to our house. It was refreshing to ask all the questions, get all the answers without a pushy salesman. We ended up with the whole house triple filtration system with a reverse osmosis refrigerated system in the kitchen. Both my daughters suffer psoriasis, their skin improved by 75%. We’re delighted with the whole house unit Richard organised for us. Our tap water now tastes of nothing – as it should, saving us a packet on buying bottled water. I suffer from dry and flaky skin after showering and there’s now a noticeable improvement after only a couple of days. I was sceptical at first but the filtered water really does feel different on your skin. Richard made the whole process easy – there was no high pressure sales, just honest, no-obligation advice and the plumbing team that did the install were amazing. I can highly recommend these guys if you’re thinking of doing the same.
First class service and a unit where the filters actually last 12 months! Unlike the system I replaced which was another complete home system which lasted less than 2 months before it stopped doing anything to the water! We test our water as we have a business in the industry – the filters were doing nothing within 8 weeks! Richard is a great guy and sorted us out within 48 hours! My daughter thanks you very much for the difference to the water!! It doesn’t stink of chlorine anymore!
This company is genuine, trustworthy and helpful. The whole house water filtration system we had installed is the best investment ever! We also got the water conditioner put on. No more chlorine fumes, dry skin or damaged hair! The shower screens stay cleaner for longer. The water feels beautiful!
